Close to us are Katy Mills Mall, many restaurants, groceries, entertainment and shopping all around! Things to do for the kids? Typhoon Texas Waterpark & Houston FunPlex to name a few are all short drives away. Maybe golf or nightlife is more your thing. We've got that covered too! Our home has 4 bedrooms. Each room has smart TVS w/Roku. Home is internet/Wifi ready & has 24 hour check-in w/ a Smart Lock (No Key Needed). The 1st floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and has an attached ensuite. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. Room 1: Bunk bed (Twin over full, with full trundle, great for 5 people). Room 2: Queen sized bed. Room 3: 2 Full sized beds. Upstairs also has a game room, which has a pull out sofa with queen sized mattress, and a convertible sleeper sofa that is full sized when fully extended. Down stairs in the living room, there are 2 pullout sofas as well. Making the total accommodation for this property, 21 guests! Tenant responsible for utilities : IE Gas, Electric, Water
