FEMALE ROOMMATE only. I am renting out two rooms in my home, so there will be 3 adult females living in the home and my 12 year old daughter. She does have a cat and a bearded dragon. The cat roams around the house, but the bearded dragon does not get out of it's cage. I am looking for roommates that are quiet and are just looking for a place to live peacefully. I am not a person to hold get togethers at my house or have frequent visitors. No overnight visitors allowed, especially male visitors. The $700 includes utilities as well as internet.
