The property is set off of the street on 3 acres of land. There is a lot of farmland nearby and other homes are also set on multiple acres, so neighborhood noise is not a problem. It is on the basement level of the main house, but has a completely separate entrance and separate access from the main house. I do have chickens in a coop outside in the small shared backyard space. I allow them access to the yard most days, but are not usually a bother. I also have a dog that uses the back yard. All utilities are included in the rental agreement. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of space and taking garbage to the street every Tuesday evening. Tenant is responsible for replacing or paying for items that get broken or lost within the apartment (i.e. dishes, utensils, chairs, etc). Please inform me so that I know what was broken or lost and what replacement is being used. This unit is on septic, so limit the use of bleach and only use toilet paper when flushing (no wipes). Counters are also manufactured materials and require a delicate cleaner, which I provide.
