    Welcome to Heritage Park, a beautiful gated community, convenient to Navarre Beaches and a manageable commute to Hurlburt Field (if that's your thing). They say "It's all in the details." This custom built home has details everywhere you turn.  We pull up to an inviting front elevation: tastefully manicured lawn, bright brick facade, large driveway (courtyard entry garage), and bay windows.  Walk in the front door and we already spot some of the unique characteristics this home has to offer.  Just over the threshold, detail worked right in to the design of the tile. Notice the crown molding, chair rail, cut outs and plant ledges. You will notice two clearly defined spaces (by way of a hardwood path).  Which would you choose for your formal dining room or formal living room? The master bath includes a garden tub with separate shower, a double vanity with makeup mirror, and it jack-and-jills into the bonus room (where we find those bay windows we were oohing and ahhing over outside).  Our final stop is the back yard (an encore, if you will). The plentiful covered patio is home to a crystal clear pool with a hot tub on one end and a fun slide on the other (you know you want to give it a go.. I know I do.). This is home.
