We started growing hanging vines to droop down into the basement window wells. This home was owned by nature/color lovers, with room paint inspired by the outdoors and rooms representing different seasons. We'd prefer tenants not paint, but are open to it either if painted back before move out or if we are ok with the new paint choices, including neutrals since it's converting to a rental. Home managed by owners, not property managers. We care about maintaining it and live 15 min away.
