Add furniture and this place is adorable! Although small, it slept 8 without using the second floor. That was the owners space and it and the enclosed semi-finished garage area have great potential for more living space. Porches, front and back, fun hand make swings, outdoor shower and nice fenced in backyard complete this home. Less that 2 miles to toes in the sand of Folly Beach and 8 miles to the heart of King Street. This location is hard to beat!!
