It has 8 solar panels. It has a diesel generator. It also comes with a toyostove (energy and fuel efficient heat source) it has a decent fireplace. I haven't put in the plumbing yet but it comes with plastic pipes and connections. I've put alot of work on this house. It was bare bones when I got it. Fresh new insulation and carpets. It comes with a 70inch touch screen tv called a promethean board. It also comes with a handmade dog house I use also as a library. Its fully furnished. It has a propane stove and propane fridge fully connected. I've cut down alot of trees that it's starting to get a backyard. I put in a driveway also. The road is maintained and plowed all year round.
