With private parking in the driveway you will have plenty of room for multiple vehicles plus a 1 car garage with electric door opener. There is a shared driveway that goes to a shop out back that needs to stay cleared. The house is fully furnished and equipped for your stay, with three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. There is also a washer and dryer, along with a smart TV, and exercise equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee or family game night in the bright open sun room or on the back deck overlooking the spacious yard and end your night with s'mores over the fire pit. The house has a brand new kitchen stove, furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank. All utilities are included in the rent. There is a pet fee of $25/month per cat/dog. There is NO smoking in the house. Our lease lengths are flexible so please feel free to ask. All personal belongings must be taken with you at the end of the lease.
