Cute and cozy lake home for rent from December 1 - May 31. We ask for a 4 month lease, at least. The house is located on Big Floyd Lake just 5 miles north of Detroit Lakes on County Road 131. This is a school bus route so it is plowed out in the winter months. One large master bedroom, one very small bedroom with bunkbeds/twin bed. (This room gets cold in the winter and would not be well-suited for small children.) Two bathrooms. Central air conditioning, one stall garage + extra parking. The house is furnished. We will also include the microwave, pots and pans, assorted dishes and utensils as needed. In addition, we have 50 feet of sandy beachfront, a grill, outdoor furniture, and fire pits that you can use in the spring months. Rent is $900 per month, which includes electricity and wifi. You are responsible for your own propane heat and septic pumping cost. We do not currently have cable TV, but have a Roku TV set up. No pets or smokers please. Sorry - allergies. The house is available December 1 - May 31. No smoking, no pets please. Tenant is responsible for snow removal.
