Suite 1 is a studio and comes with a king bed with memory foam mattress, electric fireplace, large screen tv, couch, full kitchen with bar and 2 stools, onsite laundry room with 3 washers and dryers, full bathroom, mini split for heating and cooling, private deck with chairs, fire table, gas BBQ, large umbrella, hammock and only 20 feet from rivers edge. Includes power, water, high speed internet and garbage. Beautifully maintained landscaping. Available for weekly or monthly rent during off season months until June 1st. Weekly rates, $500 rent and $500 security deposit. Monthly rates $1800 rent and $1,500 deposit. Includes access to a private park on the river owned by the lodge. 15 minutes to down town Belfair and 30 min to Bremerton. Owner does not live onsite. Maximum of 2 guests and 2 vehicles. No smoking inside suite. Guests are responsible for refilling propane fire tables. Owner will refill gas BBQ. You must pick up after your pets or you will be charged an additional $100 per week. Owner pays all utilities. Weekly and monthly rates.
