Living room TV and has theater quality sound bar. 3 level, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath detached single family home. Kitchen is fully stocked and there's even an extra fridge in the basement for back yard BBQ supplies. House can comfortably sleep a minimum of 4 and up to 6 adults. Max occupancy count to include children will be 6 to include children. There's a large fenced in yard to host small gatherings. However, since we are in a residential area, no large gatherings can be hosted at the property. This is not a "party house". We want our guests to be comfortable and enjoy the amenities and space of the property within the parameters of relaxing in the back yard by being able to have a small "dinner party" gathering without disturbing our neighbors. We are in the Dixie Hills area of West Lake Atlanta. **Max occupation is 6 -All occupants 18 and over must have ID/SS card and be on the lease** **All income sources will be verified via pay stubs/employment verification.** **Proof of renters insurance will be required before keys will be issued** **Rent includes cable, internet, WiFi , pest control and lawncare. Electric, gas and water will be invoiced. Place is fully furnished - items are not to be removed without written permission of landlord.
