It is open and ready to be moved into. 2001 Kit., remodeled w/attractive maple cabinets and good counter space. 2002 windows replaced, 30-year arch., roof (tear-off) installed, interior painted, concrete driveway poured. 2004 new furnace & HWT, 2005 both baths remodeled, stamped concrete patio, 2006 updated electric, added family rm with WBFP and cathedral ceiling. 2009 all upstairs flooring replaced...either laminate or wall to wall. Excellent insulation. Good utility bills. Power transfer switch for portable generator. What a home!!!
