It's in a private neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and Shaler Township so very quiet home is three apartments in the house. Plenty of parking unfortunately not near public transportation. There's four rooms, bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Kitchen is not a need in kitchen. There are two walk-in closets, one in the dining room, and one in the bedroom. Very quiet. We're also looking for somebody the same looking for somebody that would like to stay at least a year and it's an unfurnished apartment. There's ceiling fans in the rooms. I'm in the process of getting a mini split put in the apartment so you can regulate your heating and cooling. You will still also have radiator heat and there are room air conditioners but I feel this is going to be a better heating system that you can regulate if the room is too warm or too cold I do live downstairs and there's another apartment across the hall. The rent is $700 a month the water and sewage. The garbage and the gas are split evenly between the three apartments that equals to about $100 and then you have your own electric bill in your name depending on your usage it's roughly about $50 so I would say your budget would need to be between $850 and $900. I would like to see somebody stay at least a year I do do month to month and all I ask is that you give me between one and two months notice that you plan to leave on the other hand I won't hold you to a year lease if you found a house or you need to move again I need to have at least 30 days or more so I have a sufficient amount of time to rent the apartment and again I won't hold anybody to a lease and if need be, I have the same option when asking you to move if there's a problem that I will give you 30 days also if not more
