Drive way pad put in mini rock wall put up and 4 peers in the ground. It's legal to build 200 SQ ft without a permit anything over requires a permit. We have the go ahead to continue to build the 4 peer building but have decided with kids it's better we change options. It's a great place for mountain people a quiet escape from the busy city life or for the tracking person that needs a break from their troubles and need a rest. There is a bed and breakfast right down the road so you can be close to property and wash up for the night and get some proper rest. The gentleman who owns is really really kind. As well as some neighbors, you won't be alone everyone well most of everyone watches out for one another. There are 2 set of couples who will help you out if ever you are in need. And trust me they are the best to have around. They do give you space so you don't have to worry about them crossing boundaries. This is a quiet cut out in the mountain where you are protected from high winds. You are also allowed one horse as it's not deemed a live stock animal for a horse lover or two out there this place had a flat top going to the back of the property where you can creat a round pen, there is a dog fence set up it will be left on the property. Everything else will be removed
