This place can sleep 5 (2 in the master, 1 on a sleeper sofa and 2 in the loft if desired) $2,175/month + $310/month utilities. (electric & water). Trash pickup & internet is not included. First months rent, last months rent + security deposit to get started Pets carry an additional $400 pet security deposit (this price includes multiple pets and is not charged per pet) Music/art studio (with heat & electric) is available as a separate rental.
