Welcome to our Downtown Bungalow! Nestled on the north side of downtown Prescott, this cozy home is perfect for any residents of Prescott & the surrounding area. Within 1 mile (walking distance) of the Courthouse Plaza, a local shuttle, shopping center, Sprouts & several restaurants. Many amenities are available to tenants, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to provide you with a home away from home, while you enjoy our lovely town. The entire Bungalow (house) is yours for your lease. (*Pets allowed with permission only*) We do have an apartment around back, attached to this house, but those guests never share your space. The only thing shared, is the driveway. Tenants from both units share the same spacious driveway. We require bi-monthly inspections with less than 48 hours notice. We are easy to get along with and respect the privacy and independence of our tenants. Rent and utilities are due by the 1st of each month with a small grace period, and any excessive use of utilities will incur an additional fee.
