The location is a 1-minute walk from Van Aken Plaza. Close to stores and restaurants. Walking distance to the city pool, fitness centers, nail salon, and Walgreens. 5 minutes- drive to Whole Foods, 6 minutes from Giant Eagle's, and 10 minutes- drive to Trader Joe's. The condo has a beautiful courtyard and balcony. I will prefer if the renter would stay least 3 months and as long as 1 year.
