This is a well taken care of home with a nice backyard and easy access to restaurants and other Las Vegas activities. The area is safe because we have a police officer who lives directly across the street. The rooms that are being rented are very spacious and the house is well taken care of and very clean. All bills and other utilities are included with the monthly rent Except for Wi-Fi which is an additional $40 a month due to the high speed unlimited data that I am paying for. First and last months rent is due before moving in. Contact me for other details The owner will pay for all of the utilities except for Wi-Fi and groceries. Water, sewer, trash, gas, HOA, pest control, electricity, and any other bill will be paid by the owner. The tenant must keep his or her room up to the statement of owners request.
