This is a small (approx 35 homes) community approximately 4 miles from I-5. The schools are less than 1 mile from the house. Each home has at least 1/2 acre so you have your privacy, but close enough to your neighbors that you can get to know them at your leisure and enjoy community fireworks parties, BBQ's, New Year's Eve parties, etc. We love it here. There is a housing association, but dues are only $75.00 PER YEAR. We have a community area to dump grass clippings and yard debris. Olympia is only 25 minutes away on a slow day, with ample shopping and jobs. The Chehalis River is across the road, although you'd have to get the landowner's permission to cross to it. Great quite area to live.
