My home had extensive remodeling done to it between 2012-2015. The entire outside of the house was textured and painted. All wood soffits were replaced and painted as well. Brand new 4 ton Rheem AC unit was installed, and all new ductwork was installed as well, along with new vents. 100% of the walls and ceilings were removed and new insulation and drywall were installed. Both bathrooms were fully remodeled. The main bath has a jacuzzi jet tub and shower, and the 3/4 bathroom has a new standing shower with frameless glass doors. All new impact windows and exterior impact doors were installed. All new interior doors and door handles were installed as well. All new flooring was installed throughout. Brand new 10x 20 foot shed was installed in 2016 with 240 square feet of air conditioned storage space. New 6 foot privacy fence was installed with a 4.5 foot walk gate and a 12 foot wide drive gate. A new 4-car concrete driveway was poured in the front, along with a wide 1 car driveway in the back. Also poured was a 10x 20 concrete patio area that leads into the house through the back door.
