No smoking, vaping or other drug use. Lease is for 6 months with option to renew. Pets require an additional $50 per month per pet. A portion of the security deposit will be used to clean carpet and make any repairs. This portion is fully refundable if done by tenant and approved by owner. Shared living spaces are for use for all 3 tenants and as such, they need to agree on how they are used and maintained. $75 per month for utilities-this includes internet, gas, electricity. HOA is paid by owner. HOA covers outdoor snow removal and lawn maintenance. Any fees from the HOA caused by renter will be paid for by renter. Tenant is responsible for maintaining clean living area including regular cleaning. Owner will stop by monthly to refill the water softener and change the heater filter along with any other maintenance--unless renters agree to do it themselves monthly. Any damage to property caused by renter is paid for by renter.
