My mother bought it back in 09, she did some things to and so did I, its in good shape. Needs a little TLC and updating like most but completely liveable right now. You can either leave it where is sits (have to pay lot rent) or you can move it. It's currently located in Skyline on the edge of Mexico, MO. Asking 12,000 obo wanting to get rid of it fast.
