About the place... It comes fully furnished! All you have to bring is yourself and your clothes. The home is spacious. The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are quiet. The room includes a full bed, desk, good sized closet and shelving. It shares the upstairs bathroom with the other roommates. Laundry in basement and plenty of street parking. The roommates are fellas in their 30s/40s. You will be sharing the house with 3 other people. Prices for 6 month lease: $750 $80 flat fee (Utilities- internet, water, power, gas). The lease options are flexible, but preferably at least a 3 or 6 month lease then we can extend it after that time period. Anything shorter will have a different rate that can be discussed. The home is clean and I like to keep it that way = ), especially the communal areas. Location: Near old bridge road and Tacketts mill Commuter lot. Plenty of busses and carpooling options from Tacketts mill and Telegraph road Commuter lot. No pets No couples No smoking/drugs 3 months or 6 months, anything less can be discussed
