Has an EV charger. Street parking also available if preferred. The Room: There is a murphy bed, wardrobe, and basic furnishings in the room already. Your room has a wonderful view of the golden gate bridge! I've set up your own work-station standing desk to have direct view of the golden gate bridge. - Open to reducing the costs below significantly for folks from first generation and low-income backgrounds, even more broadly folks just settling in - My mom and dad were both undocumented immigrants, paying it forward :) - Price is $2,600 / month - Shared expenses include utilities and house keeping - Priority use of the central restroom The Unit and Living Room: The entire house is already furnished including your room.
