Excellent location. 10 minutes BART. 45 minute drive to San Jose. One of us works in SF and the other works in San Jose. It is also 15 minutes to Oakland and 15 minutes to San Ramon. Safeway is 5 mins; Trader Joes 8 mins, Target / Costco / In and Out are all 15 mins. There are also great local businesses that we support 8 minutes away! We get along really well with our neighbors and while we're sad to be moving, I know we'll stay in touch with them. Laundry is in the second floor near the bedrooms, upstairs carpet is well maintained and new as of 2018. House has central heating and central A/C. A lot of light through the front of the house. Stone counter-tops, gas stove, breakfast bar, low maintenance backyard, wood burning fireplace, NEST system, two car garage. Tenant pays water, electricity, trash pickup. No smoking.
