Hello potential neighbor! I am looking for someone knowledgeable in light plumbing ( general handyperson really). I have a sub-pump installed and as I am sure you already know, it needs maintenance from time to time. I would also ask for your participation in taking out the trash on designated days. This is a family-run and lived-in multifamily home. All neighbors are friendly and will help to keep up the quality of the property. I provide heat and hot water. Electric is also included in the rent. Please no cats nor dogs, we suggest playing music before 7 pm to be considerate of your neighbor. One month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. I have routine exterminations throughout the year for the entire house.
