Resident will agree to pay an initial occupancy fee of $60,000 prior to lease effective date. This fee applies for up to two (2) residents to occupy Villa 8. Resident is able to pay for the following services for additional fees : *Beauty salon located at Fountain Springs Assisted Living *Weekly Housekeeping *Dining Room Meal Plans at Fountain Springs Assisted Living Resident's Financial Responsibility include utilities, trash pickup, internet & tv services, home owners insurance, water softener maintenance. FOUNTAIN SPRINGS VILLAS OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT Fountain Springs Villas are for residents who are 55 years or older. I. Initial Occupancy Fee Initial Occupancy Fee of $60,000 on or before lease effective date is due. This fee applies for up to 2 residents to occupy the Villa. If 2 residents occupy the villa, the occupancy shall be treated as joint tenants with rights of survivorship occupancy. II. If residents chooses to vacate the Villa, after occupancy of the same, residents is to receive a $6,000 refund of initial fee. If resident dies while occupying said Villa, his/her beneficiaries described in resident's will, or if no will, resident's heirs at law, will receive the sum of $6,000 as a refund of the initial fee. VII. Resident's Financial Responsibility During Occupancy of Villa Utilities, Trash Pickup, Internet/TV Service, Home Owner Insurance, Water Softener Maintenance
