Apartment is a roughly 10ft wide by 50ft long. Utilities include propane hot water and stove/oven, Helco power, county water, telcom internet(wired), mail delivery, and rubbish pick up. Washer and dryer on-site and is shared with two other units. One unit has myself, husband and two children living in it. The other unit has a single individual living in it. We are down to earth people, and this is a quiet living space. This property sits on ten over grown acres with various fruit trees; lemons and bananas year round. There are six cats and one Chihuahua/Jack Russel mix dog on property. Tenants are welcome to use space to create a personal garden if interested. About 3 miles muaka from the highway and a 15-20min drive into Hilo. Utilities included in the monthly rent.
