The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, Electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer and garbage disposal. The living room has a couch, love seat, flat screen tv with Apple TV box and a DVD player. The adjacent dining area has seating for 4 with a marble table in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Large round terrazzo table for outdoor dining on the side of house. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the garage. A single car garage (steep driveway may be challenging to some cars), ample parking for two cars in front of the house. Current excellent credit report required.
