This house is on a lot shared with a duplex each consisting of 2br, and an additional 3 bd main house. All units are listed and available for rent. Other things to note Please note that summer season stays (July & August) require a 7 night stay with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only. Landlord pay utilities. Tenant pays cable and internet.
