One bedroom has a queen bed and the second, smaller room is set up as an office. There is a wash/dry combo unit in the closet of the smaller room. While the house is immersed in nature and feels isolated, the convenience to the train station, route 9D, Mount Beacon trailhead, and downtown Beacon, is unbeatable. The trailhead is just down the block and is served by the Beacon Free Loop bus that goes to all those places. You can also walk downhill less than a mile and enjoy the bustling Main Street. When you are not out and about, enjoy the giant bay window that overlooks the sunset, or hike every morning before the day trippers arrive! Please no pets or parties. There is parking on the premises. All utilities, including basic WIFI is included in the monthly rent. Minimum rental period is three months. If you sign a six month or a year lease, the price will be $3000 per month.
