Unique property; near beaches, Shaws, Cedarville center and Sagamore Bridge with nearby access to highway. 4 bedrooms to include a master bedroom with private bath; 2 car garage under; front to back kitchen and dining area with 1/2 bath downstairs and the two full baths upstairs (2 and 1/2 baths in all). Separate family room and another room in front. Great family home. Carpeting (carpets may be replaced for some laminate ongoing project) and tiles. Up to code. No pets. Tenants to use owner's lawnmower for lawn care. Tenants to maintain low cut back hedges and regular (2x/month) and normal yard care/pick up. Clare Road is a private way without a homeowner's association; tenant will be responsible for snow removal on property and on driveway and snow removal for their own entrance and exit on Clare Rd. Property will need cosmetic exterior repairs; and possible other interior minor repairs given 2 day notice and prior agreed upon times with tenant for repairperson to complete repairs. Owner will need access to view property or retrieve items that stay where they are left, as needed. (I do not anticipate many times wherein I will need access to my property); Tenant will also have the right to contact/contract with recommended repair people as listed on lease agreement (great Plymouth people!) or anyone they can reach to get an immediate repair for any need. Tenant to always communicate with owner RE: any repairs needed, etc. Owner to pay for repairs on property unless caused by tenant. Again, need a tenant who with notice by owner to allow repair workers on or into property with tenant present to make any repairs needed and/or for review of property status. Need good, quiet tenants who will respect the neighborhood and property as their own home. Nonsmokers. Direct deposit monthly rent into owner's account; Pavers to stay on front and rear paths; No unsecured items on property, except for Kayak and ladders under deck.
