The apartment itself has views in 3 different directions if town which is extremely unique. ALL UTILITIES ARE INLUDED IN THE RENT, this means the landlord pays for the following: heat, A/C, electric, common area maintenance, snow, trash and lawn. Even the water is on a water softener if you enjoy soft water. This is one of my best apartments and will be gone before you know it.
