Unfortunately, the lounge area, pool tables, swimming pool, study rooms, gym (free weights, dance studio, and machines), and children's playroom are all currently closed for the time being due to social distancing guidelines. If you need face masks, we can provide you up to 500 surgical face masks. Utilities: Water included, renter pays for gas and electric, which is usually $100-200/month. We use Verizon FIOS, which is fast and reliable. Cellular reception is excellent in the apartment and throughout all common areas. I can provide additional pictures and a copy of my current lease if interested. If you want a shorter lease/sublet, this is negotiable. This unit is a 10th floor 1 bedroom apartment. The windows are east facing. The apartment fills with natural light in the mornings. There is also a private balcony. We have never smoked in our apartment. The building transitioned to being a completely NON-SMOKING building 1 year ago. Transportation is convenient. The Fulton street / World Trade Center subway stations (A C 2 3 4 5 J Z R) and Wall Street subway stations are within a 5-10 minute walk. Yellow taxis routinely pull up to the front of the building, and it is also easy to call Uber's and Via's. The NJ Path train is also a short walk away.
