    The exterior of the home, doors and windows, vinyl siding and metal roof were updated in recent years. The interior was completely upgraded in 2020. The following was changed: the drywall and insulation on all exterior walls was removed and discarded. New Rockwool insulation and drywall was installed. All existing electrical wires were removed and new wiring was installed by a Master electrician. A new furnace, hot water heater and oil tank was installed. The old baseboard heaters were replaced with new ones. Plumbing was replaced. The washer and dryer was relocated off the master bedroom. This home boast all new high end appliances. The kitchen was completely gutted and a Master Cabinet Maker was hired to build and install new tall cabinets, two pantries with sliding trays, custom wine rack, soft close drawers and doors. The bathroom was also gutted. The bathtub was replaced with an elderly friendly walk-in shower. Granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom. All the interior doors were replaced with solid wood doors. All window and door molding was replaced with solid wood molding. Baseboards are 5” and crown molding was installed in all the rooms. Hardwood floors in the bedrooms were sanded and refinished. Tile on bathroom floor, Laminate floors throughout the rest of the home. An existing energy efficient heat pump was refurbished. A smart oil gauge was installed to monitor oil level and usage. This can be accessed from anywhere with internet connection. Over the past three years this home only used 328 gallons of oil per year, which averages 0.9 gallons a day. Two inch fiberboard insulation was installed on all basement walls in 2021. A large cedar lined closet was added in the basement. An energy efficient dehumidifier keeps the basement dry and smelling fresh. A 16K whole house Generator is two years old. This will insure you’ll always have power. A 100 gallon LP tank which you would own supplies the fuel. The generator exercises itself twice a month for 5 minutes. A 10’X24’ Amish built metal sided storage unit installed in the backyard is also two years old. Building sits on a stone and gravel pad for easy maintenance. Buried power line (18”deep) and in a conduit provides lights and outlets. A paved driveway to the unit was put in September of 2022. The age of the detached two car garage is unknown. The garage had a new roof installed 2021 the age of the paved driveway is also unknown but it is in good shape. The front and rear porches were rebuilt in 2022. They boast pressure treated lumber, composite decking and vinyl railings for maintenance free enjoyment.
