The unit is quiet, clean, well-insulated, is cable-ready, has plenty of lighting, has a walk-in closet, and has a balcony off the bedroom through a sliding glass door with a peaceful view. It's in a up-kept, private, low-crime area 5-10 minutes walking distance to the school and stadium (though cheering fans have never been a noise issue). Your parking spot is 5 feet from your front door in an open parking lot with available guest spots. The neighbors are all very quiet and respectful. I'm only leaving because I'm moving from West Virginia all together for family reasons. Sorry, they don't allow pets.Pictures are of a practically identical sister unit, as my apartment is still currently inhabited as of today.Owner pays for water/sewer & trash pick-up. Tenant pays for electricity.
