Just a 2-minute walk to the Park Street T stop with easy access to both the Red and Green lines. You are right on Boston Common and close to MGH as well. The apartment is approximately 600 sq ft and feels even larger thanks to incredibly high ceilings (rare for Beacon Hill!). There's also a loft space above the kitchen that we've used for storage, but it could easily fit a mattress for guests or additional sleeping space. Free washer/dryer in the building. Rent: $3,200/month. No broker's fee. The start date is very flexible, but prefer April 1 (for 12 month lease). Happy to share more details or set up a showing!
