The apartment is a corner unit at the beautiful Fairfield on the Bay and has a great back porch for summer time. The apartment has been completely renovated by the development with Cherry wood cabinets, granite counter tops in both Kitchen and Bath. In addition to the wonderful finished and crown molding, there are all stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. The apartment has a linen closet, a pantry closet in the kitchen, a hall closet and a large closet in the extra-large bedroom. Just a walk right to the dock to observe boats passing or a quick 2 minute drive to the lovely Patchogue Mainstreet. Pets are allowed. Heat and hot water are included in the rent, sublet tenent is only responsible for electric which has been averaging my boyfriend and I only a total of $56. This will be a sublet contract supplied by the property management for your protection. $1,400 security deposit due as I will have to sign both my $1,000 security deposit and $400 pet security deposit over to the new sublet tenent to collect upon the end of their sublet term by Fairfield. Rent is $1,660. Willing to negotiate and pay the monthly difference ourselves. $1400 lease price
