Tenants must utilize the two parking spaces in front of the house, and will not park on grassy areas. - No renovations, including painting, are to be made by the tenant. - The thermostats will be locked to not exceed 70 degrees. - Visitors are limited to 72 hours. - The boiler and electric panel for both units is located in the rental.
