    When is the last time you found a parcel of land that is zoned for THREE UNITS with town sewerage? Well you just found it! This parcel is zoned RES-10 which means it permits new multi-family construction. 10,000 sq ft is needed for the first two units. 6,000 sq ft is needed for each additional unit. There are two wells installed in the rear of this property. The Paula Lane frontage has ground water collectors so that the rain is slowed down before going into the catch basins. These are located in the zoning setback so construction could not be done in this area. Fairview Ave extension is a private Road. The current owner got a judgement from the courts (in the early 1990's) that the residents of Paula Lane had to use Circle Drive as their egress and ingress.
