The neighborhood is friendly with dog walkers and familes in the area. It's a 2 bedroom, one bath house with a kitchen/dining area, living room, and laundry, with bamboo floors throughout. There is a finished (but unheated) bonus room in the garage that can be a bedroom, office, studio, workout/yoga room, wo/man cave, etc. This room is insulated and can be easily heated with a space heater. Tenants also have use of a large storage room in the garage. There is a front porch, a large back deck, and a fenced backyard. There is a flower garden in the front yard and several raised beds. Tenants are responsible for mowing the yard, cleaning gutters and maintaining the front garden in reasonable condition. (Bonus points if you like to garden!) We respect our neighborhood and expect the property to be well kept. If unable, a service can be provided for a yearly fee. Small dogs or cats may be allowed, with a pet deposit. There is off-street parking in a gravel driveway for 3 or more vehicles. The house is 850 square feet with an additional 250 square feet in the garage and a 250 square foot back deck. The garage is divided into two sections. In one is the storage area and bonus room for our tenants. Landlords use the other section for storage and reserve the right to access this section of the garage. Rent does not include utilities. Tenants are responsible for paying the electric cable/fiber and water/sewer bills. Lease term is minimum one year and optional for multiple years.
