This is a beautiful condo on the quiet side of the complex. It has fantastic views of the gulf and the bay. My condo was only rented for a very short time less than two years since it was built. Hot water heater, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher have been replaced within the last 2 to 3 years. The dishwasher and refrigerator during the last year. Beautiful sunrises! Two parking spots. Most of the furniture will convey. I have some pieces that I need to take. That includes a headboard in the master bedroom the toy box at the end of the hall, blanket chest in dining area and a trimeau mirror as well as several large pictures/ paintings which are personal. I will replace those with other items which will be very nice.
