We expect the bill to be over $200 this summer. Water bill has been $56 each month this year. Property tax for 2020, including Buncombe County and town of Weaverville was $3,804. With the Lower Level added apartment and new county appraisals this year, expect the tax to be higher this year. The Buncombe County Assessment office has appraised this property at $875,000 this year. We are selling because we are building a house in Weaverville.
