If the tenant has below a 669 score you must have a co-signer. Renter must provide proof of income from the most recent month Renter must provide 3-4 references. Rental History Required. If the tenant has no rental history you must have a co-signer If Co-Signer is needed, they are required to complete a FULL application + Credit Authorization Release Form. Please note this is the same process as the tenant.
