There's a lot of natural light, ceiling windows, central AC/heat, in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a back patio. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a peaceful view of a pond, we're walking distance from three grocery stores, close to lots of shopping (5 mins to Burlington Mall, 8 mins to Wegmans plaza), and about 15-20 minutes from commuter rail/red line access into Boston. Free parking on site. I'm hoping to live with someone who is a young professional in their mid to late 20's that values communication around guests and other house-related topics.
