Located on a quiet, dead end private road in a neighborhood of single family homes, this charming unit is only 1.3 mi from exit 22 on 295, 2.1 mi from the LL Bean Flagship store and 1/3 mi to the Hedgehog Mountain trail head. This is not an attic or basement, with this rental you can enjoy a quiet campfire, set up a barbecue grill and picnic table, plant a garden, or just sit out and enjoy nature! This unit has ample parking for two vehicles with a designated horseshoe driveway. The tenant will be allowed to store (subject to approval) one small boat, camper or snowmobile trailer in an area designated by the owners (who live on the property). The unit includes one 10x12 and one 10x10 storage shed for the exclusive use of the tenant. Laundry on site in the utility room via the deck off the bedroom. Small/medium sized dog or cat considered.
