The expansive yard features a large deck right off of the living room/dining room with bistro lighting and grill. The deck leads down to a stunning built in firepit - immerse yourself in the outdoors and relax under the stars! The fully fenced in yard is perfect for playing lawn games like cornhole and bocce. We're located in Arden, which is just outside of Asheville - an 8 minute drive to Asheville Regional Airport, a 20 minutes drive to downtown Asheville, a 15 minutes drive to Biltmore Estate, and an easy 10 minute drive to get onto the Blue Ridge Parkway to start your adventures! **Features For Families** Our home has two living rooms: let the little ones play downstairs in the den while the adults relax upstairs in front of the fireplace. All of the tvs are ready for streaming(Bring your Logins), and in the den you can put on a dvd. There is also a Nintendo NES, board games, and card games - gather everyone for some friendly competition! As parents, we know kids don't travel light and have added some items to make your travels a bit easier. A PopNGo Playpen and mat are available for use. We also have a Lotus pack and play and sheets available, as well as a portable high chair and a baby bouncer available for use. Tenant pays all utilities except internet.
