The Big Welly Home is fully furnished with everything included, super fast WIFI internet, all utilities, stocked with toiletries and kitchenware. Comfy memory foam beds and a smart TV in each bedroom, there's a separate dinning room and a living room with a large 85 inch TV for entertainment. Steps away from the EKU campus, restaurants, bars, parks, & shopping. You're 5 mins to I-75 and 30 mins to Lexington Airport (LEX). Only 2 blocks from main street, the downtown of Richmond! The master bedroom has a king memory foam bed, work station, and smart TV. Bedroom 2 and 3 each has queen size beds with smart TV. The Kitchen has all of the amenities from silverware, pots, pans, condiments, mugs, coffee machine, etc. 2 Parking spaces are available with the home. Private door entrance through the side of the home with only a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor. The home is ready for you to move in, you only need to bring your suitcase of clothes. The space The home is located on the 2nd floor with a private entrance with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is an equipped kitchen, living room with 85" Smart TV, and a dinning room. Each of the beds are memory foam for extra comfort for you to have a great night rest. Superfast internet speed of 300+ mbps - good for working, video conferencing, streaming, gaming, emails, and social media all at the same time! The living room has many board game options to play with your friends and family. Create a memorable moment that you won't forget! Guest access The apartment has a private entrance on the left side of the home. Instructions will be provided prior to check-in and how to use our keypad lock. A week to 90+ days stay available starting January 2025. $100 cleaning fee $500 refundable deposit Pets welcome, non-refundable deposit depending on length of stay between $100-$250. Upon signing the agreement,$600 (deposit and cleaning) is due to secure date. 1st month rent due a week prior to check-in date.
