Private room with two closets and a bunk bed. One bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry room that are shared spaces. Amenities include air conditioning, washer and dryer, heating, Roku TV, microwave, kitchen, refrigerator, half-oven, coffee system, freezer, hardwood floors, and running water! Plus, this apartment is right on S Congress St so its very easy to walk to campus, grab a bite to eat on Court St, or ride the APT buses to Kroger or Walmart on E State St! I am looking for someone to sublet for this summer :) I have one roommate and they have a cat. I'll leave most all of the furniture in my bedroom and the wall decorations (but of course take all my personal belongings). Also, I'll be working in Columbus for most of the summer but may visit on the weekend once in a while. I am subletting my room for the summer from May to Mid-August. I ask that you pay the full rent ($475 a month) and half the utilities. You will have to send the money to me and I will forward it to my landlord (Coady Rentals). Please do not smoke in the unit at all! We have some lawn chairs in our storage closet you can grab so you can do so outside. Vaping is fine, though. My roommate is probably studying abroad this summer, so if you are interested but have some questions please ask us! There is one parking spot that comes with the unit, but my roommate uses it. If she leaves her car at home when she is abroad, then you can totally use it :) Furthermore, if my roommate does study abroad, I will stop down some weekends during the summer to check the apartment since I will be working in Columbus and can travel to Athens some weekends. I'll totally give you notice before I stop by! The only maintenance responsibilities you would have is to regularly wash the dishes you use, (we don't have a dish washer :( ), regularly clean out leftovers from the fridge and take out trash so mold doesn't grow, vacuum and dust all areas regularly, and other typical cleaning things! My roommate and I really value cleanliness, so if you are a rather clean/neat person, you'd be the perfect subletter! Also, if anything breaks or something crazy happens, please don't hesitate to contact me! You can also contact my landlord for maintenance requests.
