Split level plan with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Bedrooms are large enough for a queen bed but I forgot a tape measure to check the exact dimensions. Downstairs has a living room , kitchen, eat in area, and laundry room. There is both a front door and rear door on the unit. Parking is in the rear of the unit with 2 spots per unit. Tenant is responsible for water and electric. Owner pays the trash (upgraded can size) Email is best as I cannot answer my phone between 8-6 weekdays. If you call or text I will get back to you but just realize it could take a day. New windows were installed just a few months ago. We are painting the unit and doing some work starting on 2/1 so the walls will be a grey with white trim when complete. I have also decided to tear up all the carpet and go with tile flooring downstairs and vinyl plank upstairs. It will be getting new kitchen cabinets and a counter as well. New Toilet and vanity going in the bathroom, new exhaust fan, new lighting throughout. this place is getting a total rehab.
